Trimble is a global leader in advanced positioning, reality capture and asset lifecycle management technologies, providing GIS-based technology solutions that enable greater productivity, workflow optimization, enhanced safety, and drive office to the field and back efficiencies like never before. Esri customer and organizations use Trimble solutions to manage their design, build, operate and maintain their assets, and reduce operational costs. Trimble’s geospatial field systems, which collect high-accuracy location intelligence and 3D datasets, provide workflow support across a number of Esri solutions, including ArcGIS Indoors and the ArcGIS Utility Network.
Trimble Unity Maintain (previously known as Cityworks) is a GIS-centric public asset management and development solution, built on ArcGIS Enterprise and closely integrated with other ArcGIS workflows. Unity Maintain data is stored in an ArcGIS enterprise geodatabases as the authoritative system of record for asset information, while supporting field workflows, reporting, dashboards and work management patterns. Feature services and other GIS services are published through ArcGIS Server, to power CityWorks web applications and mobile applications.
In many ArcGIS systems, the Cityworks component of Unity Maintain runs on a dedicated ArcGIS Enterprise configuration, and is integrated with other GIS systems either through data sharing, collaboration, re-publishing, or ETL workflows.

Trimble provides a variety of products and services related to high precision location workflows, such as GPS receivers and real-time correction services. The general pattern of use for these services with ArcGIS apps are as add-on hardware devices that improve the precision of GPS measurements during field workflows. Trimble GNSS systems come in multiple shapes and sizes, and generally connect to existing mobile devices using OS-level configurations, where the GPS signal improvement is passed through to any application such as an ArcGIS field application that uses the system location.

The Trimble Terra Office software provides a dedicated set of applications for planning and managing high-accuracy field data collection. Trimble has created a Trimble Terra Office Add-in for ArcGIS Pro to assist with this process. This add-in allows ArcGIS Pro users to sign in with their Trimble identity from within ArcGIS Pro, plan and create projects, download results collected with TerraFlex mobile software, and push those collected features to local geodatabase or ArcGIS feature services.
