The ArcGIS Architecture Center and Well-Architected Framework will be updated multiple times a year, with smaller changes along with additions to the Architecture Library taking place between these larger updates.
This page captures notes on each update along with key changes and information relevant to users of these pages. Check this page in the future to keep track of additions, updates and changes.

- Expanded guidance and context to describe how to integrate ArcGIS with other systems, including specific types of systems and technology providers
- Renamed Parcel Management System reference architecture to Land Information Management System. Content within this reference architecture remains unchanged though the new name more accurately represents its broader use cases
- Added a new test study on Optimizing service instance configuration for efficient system resource use
- Addressed formatting, readability, and incorrect links based on user feedback submissions
- Updated all content across the site to align to ArcGIS Enterprise 12.0 and ArcGIS Pro 3.6 releases

- Content across the site is now available in French, German, Japanese, Spanish, Russian, and Simplified Chinese. To access content in one of these languages, use the language switcher at the top of the site to select your preference.

- Added two new test studies:
- Updated Optimize performance in ArcGIS to include expanded guidance and recommendations for data sources and storage, web maps, apps, layers, and services
- Updated the reference architecture for a Network information management system to include implementation options and deployment patterns
- Added a new Industry and Technology pattern for Utility sectors/systems
- Added landing pages and additional context and resources for Overview, Pillars, Practices sections, including a focused checklist for each architecture pillar and an overview of ArcGIS as a geospatial AI platform
- Updated all content across the site to align to ArcGIS Enterprise 11.5 and ArcGIS Pro 3.5 releases
- Renamed the Imagery data management system pattern to Imagery data management and analytics and updated supporting content to reflect the latest functionality and availability

- A documentation assistant (beta) is now available from ArcGIS product documentation sites. It uses artificial intelligence (AI) to provide suggestions to questions relating to ArcGIS. To learn more about considerations and requirements to use it, see Documentation assistant (beta) overview.
